  • Cost of Shipping
    Shipping under Rs. 500 is free (in India only). For purchases over Rs. 500 the cost of shipping will be calculated during checkout and is based on the weight of your order. (ps. we pay exactly what you pay and never up charge on shipping).
  • What happens if one of the items received is damaged?
    I am so sorry if this happens! All orders are packaged with care in our studio. However, feel free to contact me at bluebloomaparajita@gmail.com if any issues arise related to the damages during transit.
  • How long will orders placed arrive?
    Due to COVID-19, please allow additional time for orders to be delivered. All orders are shipped from our studio within 5-7 days of purchase, as each order is custom made when you place an order with us. International orders may take few more days to arrive. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment which can provide further clarification.
  • Do you ship Internationally?
    Yes! Shipment rates are calculated during the checkout process.
  • How do I Cancel my Order?
    Cancellations are only accepted within 24hours of placing an order with us. Beyond this, we block your order as confirmed and start with our hand making journey to achieve the Shipping time of 7 working days.
  • How do I Return my Order?
    Not satisfied? Please contact us - aparajita@blue-bloom.com for more details on how to return your order. Customer Service is most important for us. Since we are very new, we request you to comply with us for “Replacement only” and that too for damaged products only as each piece is Hand- made with a lot of love and care.
  • What Payment method can I use for my purchases?
    Currently we are connected using PayPal.
  • Will I receive same items as I see in the photos?
    Yes! Every item is custom- built just for you and comes with a distinct serial number identifying the uniqueness! Would request you to consider here that each piece is hand made with utmost care and affection, in fact in most cases no mechanical tools are used at all until the end. Hence minor variance may be noticeable in some products if you look closely.
  • Do I have to Register to Order with you?
    No! We would love if you do consider the benefits of tracking all your orders and updated about our new designs before it hits the streets.
