CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Cancellation is allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order and in this case the amount will be fully Refunded back to you in the same mode that the payment had been made.

  • Returns are not allowed as each piece has been customized for you specifically. For further queries, kindly email to us at aparajita@blue-bloom.com.

  • Replacements are done against breakages only in transit, with substantial evidences like photos/ videos & within 2 days of receiving the parcel at your end. In the replacement, you will have to bear only the courier cost.
